Industrial CT scan tube is divided into the following:
1. Nano focus ray tube (scanning accuracy is less than 1 micron, common power 160KV.190KV)
2. Micron focus ray tube (scanning accuracy is about 1 micron ~ 3 microns, common power 225KV.300KV)
3. Small focus ray tube (scanning accuracy is probably in the range of tens of microns, common power 450KV.600KV)
